HOW TO HOST A WINE & CHEESE PARTY |

C'est Cheese owner, Sherri Krams will
guide you through all the nuances of
hosting (stress free) the perfect wine
and cheese event. Topics will include:
choosing the ideal boards and knives to
use, proper cuting techniques in the
kitchen and at the table, which cheeses
to serve, pairing wine and other cheese
accompaniments, and even proper storage
of leftovers. $10.00 per person.

Once again, we are offering this
popular class...a fun, interactive, and
delicious exploration into the basics of
cheese. You will learn how to see and
taste the nuances between, goat, sheep,
and cow's milk cheeses. We'll explore
how cheese is made and what
differntiates tastes, textures, and
looks of amongst cheeses. Eight
different cheeses will be tasted and
explored. $18.00 per person. Seating

makes the perfect match for each
accompaniment. $20.00 per person.

month, Chef Larry will be making
Pasta with Fresh Ricotta, Capers and
Tyme, Two Cheese Chicken with
Prosciutto , and Port Marinated
Pears stuffed with Blue Cheese. Each
dish will be paired with wine and a
cheese course will be served as
well. $50.00 per person. Seating

The diversity of blue cheeses
makes them one of the most fun and
interesting ways to do a cheese
tasting. There's endless flavor
profiles from the creamy and sweet
to earthy and meaty with
endless tastes in between. This
tasting will take you around the
world of blues. It is made for the
blue cheese lover; and even those
that don't may be surprised to find
a new appreciation. We'll add some
gorgeous dessert wines to pair up
with and discover some luscious
pairings that will sure to please
the most discerning palates. 18.00
