This is the Rolls Royce of Stiltons. Like no other, Colston Basset Stilton is hand-ladled and aged 4 months to produce an incredibly rich and succulent cheese. The cheese manages to be both moist and crumbly and it develops a deep, syrupy intensity. Pair with Aged Port or even a sherry.
