Hand made from the hormone-free milk of a closed herd of 250 Holstein cows, this is an all natural blue cheese, considered vegetarian and made with Gluten-Free Penicillium Roqueforti. Aged a minimum of 6 months. On the tongue, it is dense, moist and creamy with a pronounced buttermilk tang. This cheese is "Kosher Certified"
