GOAT'S MILK CHEESE From Vermont
A most unusual goat's milk cheese. It has the rich yellow tinge of a cow's milk cheese (Not sure why, but possibly due to the light washing it gets), a soft, pliant texture, with lovely buttery notes that are accentuated by the familiar distinct goat's milk "touche'"
