GREAT HILL BLUE

Raw Cow's Milk Cheese from Massachusetts

From the Great Hill Dairy, approximately 50 miles south of Boston, this blue is produced using only cow's milk from local farms. It is a zesty blue cheese, characteristically full-flavored and sharp yet smooth, rich, and caramelly. It is an internally ripened Blue made with raw, unhomogenized milk resulting in a true gourmet quality cheese and is one of the most nuanced blues to be found in the United States. Great Hill Blue is spectacular paired with sweeter dessert wines like Sauternes.
