Goat's Milk Cheese from Wisconsin

An American cheese with a French pedigree. This is a traditional blue cheese made from goat milk and carefully aged for at least 90 days. It is crumbly and it combines the sharpness of a good Blue with the delightful tanginess of a great fresh goat cheese. The finish is earthy & slightly smoky and pairs nicely with a Pinot Noir
