Brie Royal Aux Truffes

Cow's Milk Cheese from France

A specialty cheese based on a Brie de Meaux AOC. It is vertically sliced down the middle and filled with a mixture of Brillat Savarin (triple cream cheese) and pieces of truffle. As a result, a wonderful taste combination of Brie de Meaux, Brillat Savarin, and truffle develops. The cream colored cheese has a semi-firm and smooth consistency.
