Ash Ripened Goat's Milk Cheese from Vermont
Sweet & gentle, bright & lemony in flavor with a very creamy texture. Can be enjoyed for up to 45 days. Young, it’s more like fresh Chevre. As it ages, the soft pliant paste becomes softer to an almost liquid consistency and the rind becomes more dry & piquant. Pair with Sauvignon Blanc.
