OREGONZOLA

Raw Cow's Milk Blue Cheese from Oregon

This Gorgonzola style cheese is aged a minimum of 120 days in caves. During this time it takes on sharp, tangy, fruity, and spicy characteristics much like that of its Italian heritage. Oregonzola has slight, classic veins of mold and a creamery, buttery texture without being "wet." Pair with Muscat, Sauternes, or Riesling. Consistent ACS winner year after year.
