Green Peppercorn Brick is Coach Farm's award winning soft ripened goat cheese studded with green peppercorns that perfumes the whole cheese and imparts a beautiful peppery taste. The salt is pronounced, but not over the top and the flavor has been described similar to lemon custard. Pair with sparkling wine or a dry rosé.
